FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS | AVANITY

Below are some common FAQ's from our clients before purchasing the products. If you have any other questions, please send it to ecomm@avanity.com.

We construct our vanities from a combination of solid and engineered wood. All our vanities have solid wood frames for durability. Drawer boxes may be made either from solid wood or a combination of solid wood and plywood. We use veneers for some panels and drawer faces. The type of wood solid wood used may vary depending on the collection, but is usually poplar, rubberwood, or teak. Please check product pages for more information.

We fabricate our countertops from a range of different materials. Our most popular natural stone countertop uses Carrara white marble. We also offer engineered countertops, either quartz or engineered stone. Quartz tops are considered the gold standard for engineered tops and contain more than 90% ground quartz and the balance being resin and pigment. Engineered stone is like quartz but may contain marble silica rather than quartz and lower percentages of silica in comparison to resin and pigment. We also offer solid surface tops (mineral dust, acrylic, resins) under our Versastone© brand as well as Vitreous China tops. Please refer to product pages for exact composition of countertops.

Our vanities have soft-close glides underneath the drawers. To remove a drawer, fully extend the drawer until it stops, then feel for the plastic drawer clips attached on the bottom of the drawer at the end of the glides. Press the trigger mechanism on the drawer clips and the drawer will disengage from the glides. Check the clips and glides for damages. Check that the holes at the back panel of the drawer meet the pins at the end of the glides. If any parts are damaged, please contact info@avanity.net with pictures of the issue, proof of purchase, and shipping address so that we can better assist you.
